AMA project management team will be the sole point of contact between clients and those involved in the project design and execution. During the Design Development phase, we will oversee all third-party appointments, such as structural, mechanical, electrical, and other specialist consultants, and get consent for all the works on your behalf.
Over the years, we have established close relationships with a network of skilled artisans and suppliers who share our ethos for professional, flawless delivery. Once the project progresses into the Design Production phase, our team will tender the works, appoint all relevant contractors to monitor their work, and provide you with complete visibility and control over the project timeline and expenditure.
The AMA Interior Design dedicated procurement team works with the network of suppliers, logistics companies and installers to source all elements of the interior design scheme for a thoughtful execution.
The team prides itself on aligning all sourcing activities with the overall Design Production Programme to ensure the project delivery schedule doesn’t change.
